School Perimeter Fencing Project
Dear Sponsor,
We are appealing to you today to request your sponsorship of our school perimeter fencing project. As you know, our school is located in a high-crime and wooded area, and we are concerned about the safety of our students. We are all aware of the kidnapping of Chibok girls from their school. As SCOGA Alumni, we are concerned about the safety of our students in the boarding house, and we believe that a perimeter fence will help to deter crime and provide a sense of security for our students and staff.
The proposed fence would be made of block link fencing, as chain link can be cut by these invaders, the fence would be 10 feet tall. It would surround the entire perimeter of our school, which is approximately 1 acre in size. The total cost of the project is $20,000.
We believe that this project is a worthwhile investment in the safety of our students. We are confident that a new perimeter fence will make our school a safer place for everyone.
SCOGA Alumni US Chapter has begun this worthwhile project and has already committed $5000.00 from individual resources to jump start this project as shown in pictures below. Any additional funds that we raise will be used to purchase materials and to pay for the continuous installation of the fence.
